Job summary

FLAIR ILLUME PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue for luxury lighting products across hospitality, retail, residential and commercial sectors.

You will identify new clients, craft compelling pitches, and close deals while maintaining strong relationships. You will lead lead generation efforts, coordinate with design and technical teams, prepare quotes, and provide tailored lighting solutions that meet clients’ aesthetics and budgets.

Qualifications

• A degree in marketing, preferably in lighting industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation.
• Proven track record in sales with strong client service.
• Independent worker with accuracy and proactive outreach to clients.
• Hands-on sales order processing and paperwork experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; 3+ years sales experience.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and build new business opportunities.
• Prospect leads through research, networking and cold calls.
• Contact clients via phone, email, or in person to assess lighting needs.
• Prepare customised lighting proposals and product placements.
• Present products and articulate features and benefits.
• Close deals and handle objections professionally.
• Collaborate with design and technical teams on proposals.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and sales forecasts.
• Maintain client database and track KPIs.
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
• Provide technical guidance on lighting solutions.
• Ensure high standards of service and post-sale support.
