Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in retail sales
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
• Ability to communicate with all levels of customers
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
• Experience in lighting and furniture industry and Social Media

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's products and services to walk-in clients
• Identify new business opportunities beyond walk-in clients
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and answer product questions
• Assist with maintaining the company website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
• Collaborate with a small team and perform ad-hoc duties as needed
