Job summary

DreamR, a premium, design-led interior design and build firm in Singapore, seeks a senior design leader to helm the design function. You will balance creative vision with commercial savvy, lead client engagements, elevate design quality, and mentor a team while remaining hands-on with design output.

Responsibilities include leading client engagements end-to-end, representing the brand to high-net-worth clients, and driving design standards across concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years interior design experience in Singapore market.
• Strong portfolio in luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from concept to final presentation.
• Uphold premium design standard across all projects.
• Mentor and develop the design team while staying hands-on.
• Collaborate with management on showroom and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate with PM and QS to ensure on-site design delivery.
