LEZE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an interior design professional to lead end-to-end projects for luxury landed residences in Singapore. You will drive space planning, create immersive renderings, and translate client requirements into bespoke interior details.

The role requires hands-on use of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop or Enscape, and collaboration with engineers to ensure compliant, premium finishes. On-site coordination and precise material selections are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Spatial Design.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Singapore's interior design or renovation sector (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome).
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or Enscape.
• Strong familiarity with local materials, custom carpentry details, and Singapore building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end interior design process for luxury residences, focusing on multi-story space planning, spatial flow and volume.
• Create immersive 3D renderings, walkthroughs, mood boards for bespoke luxury aesthetics.
• Translate client lifestyle requirements into interior details (e.g., joinery, feature staircases, wine cellars, lighting integration).
• Produce comprehensive technical drawing sets using AutoCAD/Revit, including joinery drawings, ceilings/lighting plans, M&E coordination and finish schedules.
• Collaborate with structural and M&E engineers to integrate services while maintaining aesthetics.
• Conduct site inspections to oversee quality, alignment and craftsmanship across active sites.
• Manage timelines, material deliveries, and budget variations; present progress to clients.
