Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, or spatial design.
• 1–3 years of experience in Singapore’s interior design or renovation sector.
• Hands-on proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop or Enscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end interior design for luxury landed residences, focusing on multi-story space planning and spatial flow.
• Create immersive 3D renderings, spatial walk-throughs, and mood boards tailored to bespoke aesthetics.
• Translate client lifestyle requirements into architectural interior details and joinery.
• Produce comprehensive interior technical drawings (AutoCAD/Revit) with joinery, lighting, and M&E plans.
• Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and contractors to ensure on-site quality and schedule control.
