Job summary

Wood Studio Pte Ltd based in Singapore seeks an experienced interior design and project management lead. You will head end-to-end interior design projects for retail, exhibition and commercial fit-outs, from concept through completion, coordinating with clients and suppliers.

Lead end-to-end interior design and project management from concept to completion.
Direct and mentor a team of designers, guiding junior members.

Prepare client presentations using PowerPoint and visuals.
Lead client meetings and drive design discussions.
Source materials and ensure fit with budgets and timelines.
Maintain market knowledge and build client relationships.
Conduct site visits and address on-site issues.
Manage site measurements, layout, and material selection.
Coordinate across teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Drive project delivery to meet milestones and budget.
Apply technical knowledge of materials to guide decisions.
