Job summary

KR+D in Singapore is seeking a proactive Senior Interior Designer / Design Manager to lead design coordination, client management, and project delivery from concept through completion.

This role suits someone with a background in interior design, architecture, or spatial design who thrives on coordinating multidisciplinary teams, engaging with clients, and ensuring design intent is realized on commercial, retail, hospitality, and experiential projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of design management or interior design experience.
• Experience with commercial, workplace, hospitality, or retail projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design reviews and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment.
• Act as primary liaison between clients and internal design teams.
• Manage project schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor site progress to ensure design intent is reflected in execution.
• Support procurement and consultant coordination during construction phases.
• Champion design quality and brand consistency across all project stages.
