Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the housekeeping team to consistently deliver clean, well-presented rooms in line with hotel standards
• Coach and mentor team members to raise service quality
• Resolve day-to-day operational challenges with strong problem-solving

• Understand the impact of housekeeping on guest care and satisfaction
