Qualifications

• Housekeeping management experience required, 5-star luxury hotel experience essential.
• Strong operational background and brand standards implementation.
• Experience coaching and developing a professional management team.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to hotel and brand standards.
• Plan, organize, and maintain records of rooms cleaned.
• Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping ambassadors.
• Manage daily schedules and ensure effective communication with Front Office.
• Ensure rooms readiness for VIP guests and liaise with other departments.
• Monitor productivity and control costs including payroll and supplies.
