Job summary

Accor Asia Corporate Offices is seeking a seasoned housekeeping leader to oversee all guestroom and public area cleaning, ensuring luxury brand standards and maximum guest comfort in a central Singapore hotel.

You will plan and track daily cleaning schedules, mentor ambassadors, coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments, and drive cost-efficient operations while maintaining impeccable cleanliness and service quality.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping management experience in a luxury hotel.
• 5-star hotel background essential.
• Strong cost-control, payroll and forecasting skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of guestrooms and public areas to Brand standards for guest comfort.
• Plan, organise and maintain records of rooms cleaned for efficient operations.
• Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping ambassadors.
• Manage daily schedules of housekeeping ambassadors.
