Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of team-leader experience in luxury hotels, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a can-do attitude. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Singapore.

Job Description

Our client requires a Housekeeping Team Leader for the Rooms division. This role is suited to someone with a strong foundation in housekeeping, a passion for developing their team, and a genuine sense of pride in delivering consistently high standards. The successful candidate will lead by example, share knowledge generously, and understand the direct impact of their team's work on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the housekeeping team to consistently deliver clean, well-presented rooms in line with hotel standards
• Share housekeeping knowledge and best practices with the team through coaching and mentoring
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve day-to-day operational challenges
• Identify and implement the most efficient way to complete tasks safely
• Understand and champion the direct impact of housekeeping standards on guest care and satisfaction
• Foster a collaborative, responsible team culture focused on consistency and quality

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Team Leader in Housekeeping within a luxury international brand hotel
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience training or mentoring junior team members
• Familiarity with luxury hotel service standards
