Premium Hotel Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our family of Wonderful People.

You will plan rosters, supervise staff, and ensure the highest cleanliness standards across one of our 25 Singapore hotels. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead a team through shifts and holidays. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
• Able to motivate employees and lead a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Vigilant, detail-oriented with a service mindset.
• Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest standard of cleanliness, order and appearance of the hotel.
• Plan monthly roster for Housekeeping team.
• Assign roles, inspect work and grooming for conformance.
• Maintain attendance and payroll records.
• Mentor and create a conducive working environment.
• Supervise and train staff, including interns.
• Identify high potential employees for career progression.
• Monitor room cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to fix defects.
