Job summary

Shangri-La Singapore is a luxury hotel seeking a Front Office (Butler) to join our team. Deliver personalised Butler services to VIP and Suite guests, including in-room check-in/check-out, concierge assistance, reservations and guest requests.

Build meaningful relationships with guests, anticipate their needs and create memorable experiences. Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge and F&B to ensure seamless arrivals, departures and special occasion arrangements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, Butler Services, Guest Relations or fine dining establishments preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for delivering personalised and exceptional guest experiences.
• Well-groomed, service-oriented and detail-focused.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Deliver personalised Butler services to VIP and Suite guests, including in-room check-in/check-out, concierge assistance, reservations and guest requests.
• Operations: Support the daily operations of the Valley Wing and uphold luxury service standards; conduct room inspections; coordinate with relevant departments.
• Teamwork & Service Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and uphold confidentiality and professionalism.
