Responsabilités

• Attend client events, meetings, and brainstorming sessions; provide support as required.
• Assist in developing, researching, and updating event proposals.
• Assist in administrative duties: sorting, mailings, and other tasks as assigned.
• Provide assistance during events as required.
• Create and maintain records for event management projects; file budgets, proposals, guest lists, photos, contracts.
• Maintain corporate databases for contacts and vendor lists.
• Maintain supplies inventory; check stock and place orders.
• Update and manage calendars; provide reminders for upcoming events.
• Source, update and maintain vendor contacts network.
• Assist in office housekeeping and cleanliness.
