Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior Singapore is seeking a proactive PR support professional to assist the Singapore PR function within broader marketing campaigns. The role covers planning and executing PR events, preparing materials, and coordinating with media and influencers to ensure impactful campaigns in a fast-paced luxury beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Have a passion for luxury beauty.
• Out-going personality, able to adapt to fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Intermediate – Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe Photoshop/illustrator for edit of artworks.

Responsibilities

• Assist on planning of PR events, including ideation, sourcing, and liaising with vendors and discussion with internal stakeholders to ensure relevancy of activities planned.
• Event management, including set-up and tear-down, on-site management and hosting of PR guests, post-event coordination.
• Preparation of PR materials, from downloading of assets from Central to adaptation for local usage.
• Trend identification, KOLs scouting and liaison for selected campaigns.
• Execution of PR campaigns including preparation of briefs, KOL lists for Central validation, dissemination of PR packages, post-event reports.
• Coordination with media and influencers on logistical details e.g. product sendouts for shoots.
• Assist on ordering and packing of PR stocks.
• Competitor tracking of new product launches, PR and KOL activities.
