Gusto Collective Singapore invites applications for Account Coordinators (Interns) in an Events internship for a 6-month period. You will gain hands-on exposure to luxury brand events, client interactions, and proposal development within a dynamic agency environment.

You will support event logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and calendar coordination while learning industry best practices and networking with international clients.

Qualifications

• Must show passion and interest in global fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, resourceful with high initiative.
• Excellent written and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills and flexibility under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Attend and support client events, meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
• Assist in development, research, and updating of event proposals.
• Assist in administrative duties including sorting, mailing, and filing.
• Provide assistance during events as required.
• Create and maintain records for event management projects including budgets, guest lists, and contracts.
• Maintain corporate databases for business contacts and vendor lists.
• Manage supplies inventory and place/verify orders.
• Update calendars and provide reminders for upcoming events.
• Source and maintain vendor contacts network.
• Assist in office housekeeping and cleanliness.
