Raffles Hotel Singapore is hiring a Food and Beverage Service Associate to deliver friendly and efficient service across outlets. The role covers in-suite dining, Long Bar, Raffles Courtyard, and Tiffin Room, focusing on guest satisfaction and accurate POS input.

The position requires hospitality education or 6 months food service experience, English communication, and a team-oriented attitude. Benefits include duty meals, staff discounts, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field or minimum of 6 months hands on experience in food service position.
• Retail or guest interaction experience.
• Food and/or beverage knowledge (personal interest/professional).
• Communication skills in English (spoken/written).
• Reliable and consistent; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent service at all times to guests based on hotel SOPs.
• Greets and farewells guests and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assists colleagues and guests efficiently and in a professional manner.
• Takes orders, upsells and processes payments; knows menus including liquors and cocktails.
• Ensures cleanliness and upkeep of service areas and stations.
