Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Singapore seeks a Service Attendant to welcome guests, take and deliver orders, and help keep service on track. You will tailor experiences to guests' tastes and uphold luxury standards.

Key duties include preparing table setups, serving wine, coffee and tea, and maintaining cleanliness. Prior restaurant experience and a high school diploma are preferred. This role contributes to our iconic hospitality brand and offers ongoing training in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in restaurant food service.
• High school graduate and above.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.
• Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms.
• Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information.
• Attends and participates in training sessions as schedule.
• Grooming is impeccable and in accordance with Hotel standards.
• Outlet equipment is clean, polished, sorted and stored.
• Converse with Guests about wine, advising the types and styles of wine, taking wine orders and serving wine.
• Food orders are taken and processed accurately.
• Coffee and tea is served hot and in accordance with standard.
• Working areas are cleaned and re-set quickly.
