Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Events, Business or related discipline.
• Experience in Conference Services, Catering, Banquets, Events or luxury hospitality.
• Strong understanding of event planning and end-to-end guest journey.
• Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Confident communicator capable of cross‑department coordination.
• Proactive with ownership mindset.
• Team player who collaborates across functions.
• Growth mindset with ambition to develop in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end‑to‑end conference servicing from handover through execution and post‑event follow‑up.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand objectives and expectations and tailor events.
• Conduct planning meetings, site inspections and pre‑event discussions for clear coordination.
• Prepare and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and communicate details to teams.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering, Housekeeping, Front Office and other departments for seamless delivery.
• Lead event briefings and communicate VIP details and timelines to stakeholders.
• Be present at events to anticipate needs, resolve issues and ensure a flawless experience.
• Identify potential gaps and implement solutions to ensure flawless delivery.
• Manage last‑minute changes and special requests with flexibility.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and opportunities to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain accurate event records and schedules for effective communication.
