Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is seeking a Conference Services Manager to lead the end-to-end conference servicing journey, coordinating with clients and multiple hotel departments to deliver seamless, personalised events.

You will build strong client relationships, conduct planning meetings and site inspections, and manage BEOs to ensure accurate communication across teams. The role requires ownership, attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Events or related field.
• Experience in Conference Services, Catering, Banquets or luxury hospitality.
• Strong planning and end-to-end guest journey knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end conference servicing from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Build relationships with clients to understand objectives and tailor experiences.
• Conduct meetings, site visits and pre-event discussions for coordination.
• Prepare and manage BEOs and ensure accurate event information.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering, Housekeeping and Front Office.
• Lead briefings and communicate VIP details and timelines to stakeholders.
• Be onsite during events to resolve issues and ensure seamless delivery.
• Identify gaps early and implement solutions for flawless execution.
• Manage last-minute changes with flexibility and a solutions mindset.
• Follow up with clients and gather feedback to enhance future events.
• Maintain event records and support process improvements.
• Promote collaboration and accountability within the team.
