Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is seeking a Catering Sales Manager / Senior Catering Sales Manager to drive success in our luxury hotel. You will lead the corporate catering portfolio, manage events from inquiry to contract, and work with sales and operations to deliver high-quality experiences.

The role requires 4–5 years in hotel sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset. You will nurture key client relationships, target new business, and coordinate with departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, business, hospitality, or related field.
• 4–5 years in hotel sales, luxury brand preferred.
• Proactive and customer-oriented with proven revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a corporate catering portfolio from enquiry to contract finalisation.
• Drive revenue growth through targeted sales strategies and client engagement.
• Cultivate new business while expanding existing relationships.
• Ensure timely response to enquiries, site inspections, engaging client interactions.
• Identify upselling opportunities to maximise profitability.
• Manage and track leads to ensure prompt follow-up and service standards.
• Partner with operations to guarantee flawless event execution.
• Maintain proactive communication with hotel departments on VIP arrivals.
• Support forecasting and budgeting to achieve revenue targets.
