The role focuses on achieving sales goals, driving cross- and upselling, and building lasting relationships through expert product knowledge and CRM-driven follow-up. Ideal candidates have a passion for luxury retail, are organized, and excel at client service

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, ideally luxury brands
• Passion for Luxury Retail and client service
• Strong understanding of client needs and priorities
• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Sell product and provide excellent service to clients
• Be an ambassador of the brand and uphold DG standards
• Ensure clients are treated according to DG expectations
• Tailor the client experience to elevate impressions
• Achieve sales goals and drive business growth
• Demonstrate knowledge of DNA and DG client ceremony
• Deliver upselling across product categories
• Build long-lasting client relationships
• Maintain Client Book and use CRM insights
• Book appointments and follow up on requests
• Maintain grooming and shop floor standards
• Assist in merchandising and shop upkeep
• Engage with clients on social networks
• Stay updated on trends and policies
