Läderach in Singapore is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to drive sales and deliver exceptional service while ensuring smooth store operations. You will handle order fulfilment in-store and contribute to invoicing, packing, replenishment and stock receiving tasks.

The role requires a genuine passion for retail and chocolate, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset. Weekend availability and adaptability in a fast-paced shop are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service.
• Attain and maintain required service standards.
• Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and/or complaints.
• Provide supporting activities; invoicing, packing, replenishment, stock-receiving/taking.
• Maintain housekeeping standards at the boutique.
• Ensure all food products meet the highest standards of quality and hygiene by adhering to food safety guidelines and company policies.
