Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Retail Assistant (Luxury Chocolate) to welcome shoppers at Suntec City, assist with product sales, and provide exceptional customer service during a 5-day, 44-hour rotating shift.

Working hours: Suntec City Sun-Thu 11am-9:30pm, Fri-Sat 11am-10pm; salary SGD 1,800–2,200 plus commission (typical 2,100–2,500). Responsibilities include sales, walk-ins, after-sales calls, handling queries, invoicing, packing, and maintaining boutique standards.

Qualifications

• Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service
• Generate new businesses (Walk Ins or / and Phone enquiries)
• To contact customers and perform after sales services
• Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and / or complaints
• Provide supporting activities; i.e. invoicing, packing
• Maintain housekeeping standards at the Boutique
