Job summary

Premium Chocolate Shop at Changi Airport offers a customer-facing role focusing on selling products and delivering excellent service. The team handles walk-ins and phone inquiries, contacts customers for follow-ups, and resolves service issues while processing invoicing and packing duties.

The boutique maintains high housekeeping standards and provides transport to the location. 5 days a week with rotating shifts, including early morning and late evening hours.

Qualifications

• Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service.
• Generate new businesses (Walk Ins or / and Phone enquiries).
• To contact customers and perform after sales services.
• Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and / or complaints.
• Provide supporting activities; i.e. invoicing, packing.
• Maintain housekeeping standards at the Boutique.
