Job summary

RI LUXURY PTE. LTD. seeks a motivated Retail Supervisor (Central) to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will provide outstanding service, engage customers, and drive sales while maintaining premium visual presentation.

Ideal candidates hold an ITE/ Diploma/ Degree, demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, and are proficient with POS systems and MS Office. Fresh graduates are welcome; you must be prepared to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to promote and sell products while delivering a positive and professional customer experience
• Proactively generate new business through walk-in customers and phone enquiries
• Consistently meet and uphold service excellence standards
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously
• Support daily operations including invoicing, packing, replenishment, stock receiving, and inventory checks
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and visual presentation in the boutique at all times

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Retail Supervisor (Central) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent service, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth daily store operations in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to promote and sell products while delivering a positive and professional customer experience

• Proactively generate new business through walk-in customers and phone enquiries

• Consistently meet and uphold service excellence standards

• Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a prompt and courteous manner

• Support daily operations, including invoicing, packing, replenishment, stock receiving, and inventory checks

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and visual presentation are maintained in the boutique at all times

Requirements

• Min ITE / Diploma / Degree

• Prior experience in the retail sector would be an added advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent customer service orientation and a genuine passion for luxury retail

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications

• Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift hours as required by retail operations

• Good command of both spoken and written English
