Job summary

Läderach in Singapore is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to drive sales and deliver exceptional service while ensuring smooth store operations. You will handle order fulfilment in-store and contribute to invoicing, packing, replenishment and stock receiving tasks.

The role requires a genuine passion for retail and chocolate, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset. Weekend availability and adaptability in a fast-paced shop are essential.

An authentic Swiss family heritage spanning decades from the first Läderach chocolate factory in 1962, the Läderach family continues pursuing their passion and commitment to luxury chocolate.

The Retail Sales Assistant is responsible for achieving sales, delivering service and operations excellence. He / she also engages in innovation and productivity initiatives for the store. In order to drive seamless customer experience across channels, he / she handles order fulfilment processes for customers in store.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service

• Attain and maintain required service standards

• Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and / or complaints

• Provide supporting activities; i.e. invoicing, packing, replenishment, stock-receiving/taking

• Maintain housekeeeping standards at the boutique

• Ensure all food products meet the highest standards of quality and hygiene by adhering to food safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

• Able to commit at least 3 days per week, including at least one weekend per week
