You will lead the floor with excellence, shaping exceptional dining experiences and a culture of intuitive, refined service, while partnering with the Restaurant Manager to deliver consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of F&B experience in a luxury brand or Michelin-starred restaurant.
• Passion for exceptional dining experiences and service excellence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the restaurant floor, delivering genuine hospitality and flawless execution.
• Oversee daily operations, service planning, team deployment, inventory and ops excellence.
• Coach onboarding and develop a high-performing team; foster a collaborative culture.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest journey and drive revenue while upholding standards.
