About Truly Enamoured

Truly Enamoured is a luxury bridal destination offering a curated selection of international designer gowns for rental and purchase.

We combine exceptional design with personalised guidance, helping each bride discover gowns that reflect her personality, flatter her proportions and complement her wedding vision.

We are looking for an accomplished sales professional who can build trusted relationships, deliver strong commercial results and take ownership of the client experience from the first consultation through to her wedding.

The Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will manage a portfolio of brides through a considered, personal buying journey. You will lead consultations, recommend gowns and styling options, convert appointments into bookings and maintain attentive communication after confirmation.

Success requires confident selling, organised follow-up, accurate expectation-setting and sound problem-solving. You should be comfortable managing multiple clients at different stages, keeping commitments visible and coordinating with colleagues to ensure they are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities
Consultative sales and thoughtful upselling
  • Understand each bride’s preferences, personality, proportions, wedding plans and budget through thoughtful questioning and active listening.
  • Curate relevant designer gowns and explain your recommendations with confidence and sensitivity.
  • Achieve individual sales targets through effective consultation, objection handling and timely follow-up.
  • Identify opportunities for additional gowns, premium selections, veils, accessories and complete bridal styling, clearly explaining their value and suitability.
  • Discuss premium pricing confidently while respecting the client’s priorities and maintaining trust.
Disciplined follow-up and relationship management
  • Maintain an organised pipeline with clear next steps, follow-up dates and accurate records for every prospect and confirmed client.
  • Follow up proactively with personalised recommendations that address each client’s questions and help her progress towards a decision.
  • Build lasting relationships through consistent, attentive communication and a strong understanding of each client’s needs.
  • Manage multiple client journeys independently, ensuring enquiries, decisions and commitments are followed through without repeated reminders.
  • Encourage referrals through exceptional service and thoughtful relationship nurturing.
After-sales communication and client ownership
  • Remain an accountable point of contact after the booking, working closely with operations, fittings and alterations colleagues throughout the client journey.
  • Explain pricing, package inclusions, gown availability, payment requirements, policies and timelines clearly before confirmation.
  • Provide accurate written summaries of agreed selections, charges, special requests and next steps, ensuring client communications and invoices are consistent.
  • Distinguish clearly between an option being discussed and a confirmed commitment; verify feasibility and obtain approval before making promises.
  • Communicate changes promptly, explain their implications and confirm the client’s understanding.
  • Complete thorough handovers so colleagues have the information needed to deliver what has been agreed.
Problem-solving and service recovery
  • Recognise potential issues early, establish the facts and coordinate practical solutions with the relevant teams.
  • Handle concerns and difficult conversations calmly, empathetically and professionally.
  • Consider client needs, operational feasibility, costs and company policies when recommending a solution.
  • Escalate matters beyond your authority promptly, with a clear summary and proposed next steps.
  • Follow each issue through to resolution, keeping the client informed and recording the outcome.
Team contribution
  • Maintain accurate client, sales and follow-up records in the company’s systems.
  • Support trunk shows, boutique events and VIP appointments.
  • Set a strong example in communication, accountability and service, and share effective practices with junior colleagues.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven consultative sales performance: A strong record of achieving individual targets in luxury retail, jewellery, premium services, financial services, hospitality or another sector involving considered purchases.
  • Disciplined client follow-up: Experience managing a client portfolio or sales pipeline over time, with organised follow-up and reliable execution of commitments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management: Strong verbal and written skills, including clear after-sales updates, expectation-setting and confident handling of sensitive conversations.
  • Strong upselling ability: Evidence of increasing transaction value through relevant recommendations, persuasive value explanations and an understanding of client needs.
  • Sound judgement and ownership: Able to solve problems, coordinate across teams, maintain accurate records and work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Five or more years of relevant sales or client advisory experience.
  • Experience owning client relationships beyond the initial transaction, including delivery coordination or after-sales service.
  • Experience resolving complaints or complex client requests while protecting trust and commercial outcomes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured pipeline management.
  • An interest in fashion, with an eye for silhouette, proportion and styling; bridal experience is welcome but not essential.
How Success Will Be Measured

Your performance will be assessed across:

  • Individual sales revenue and appointment conversion.
  • Average transaction value and relevant additional sales.
  • Timeliness and quality of client follow-up.
  • Accuracy of documentation, communication and handovers.
  • Client satisfaction, referrals and effective resolution of concerns.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based commission and incentives.
  • Access to internationally renowned bridal designers and collections.
  • Training in bridal styling, product knowledge and consultative selling.
  • Clear performance expectations and opportunities for career progression.
  • Exposure to trunk shows, VIP appointments and regional showcases.
  • A potential pathway into training, leadership or sales management for strong performers.

We welcome accomplished professionals from bridal and other sectors who combine commercial confidence with attentive service and dependable client ownership.
