Audemars Piguet in Singapore seeks a high-performing Boutique Leader to shape and execute the boutique strategy, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will manage operations, inventory, and security while building a motivating, high-performance team.

As Brand Ambassador, you will develop client relationships, lead CRM initiatives, and collaborate with regional teams to align with Audemars Piguet's values and vision. Fluent English and 8+ years in luxury retail are required.

• 8+ years in luxury retail or premium environment with team management experience.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent client development and customer experience mindset.
• Proven ability to drive business performance and operational excellence.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute boutique strategy to deliver sales, client development and operational excellence.
• Lead day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring service, presentation and controls.
• Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage boutique operations, inventory and security in line with company policies.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences across all touchpoints, including CRM and boutique events.
• Develop long-term client relationships and support client acquisition, retention and loyalty initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop the boutique team to achieve objectives and foster high performance.
