Job summary

Swift Search Global Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a prestigious international luxury watch brand in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering exceptional after-sales support, handling inquiries, and guiding customers through product care and service processes.

You will collaborate with overseas service teams, maintain CRM records, and uphold service standards. Prior luxury retail experience is highly advantageous, with a Monday–Friday schedule and medical benefits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Provide guidance on product specifications, warranties, pricing, and service processes.
• Advise customers on product care and maintenance.
• Record and update customer and service information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with overseas service teams for repair and after-sales matters.
• Handle daily after-sales tasks and assist the Customer Service Manager.
