Job summary

WatchLabPte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our luxury watch service centre. You will greet customers, handle inquiries across walk-ins, phone, and digital channels, and provide guidance on repair, servicing, polishing, authentication, and restoration.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong communication; weekend availability, and the ability to work independently while supporting showroom operations and sales campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Experience in luxury watch or pawnshop is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail hours including weekends, 5 days per week.
• Able to work independently and be goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries via walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
• Provide professional advice on watch repair, servicing, polishing, and authentication services.
• Receive watches for servicing and record customer and watch details.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and service orders using the company's management system.
• Follow up with customers on repair status, collection arrangements, and after-sales service.
• Coordinate with technicians and watchmakers to ensure timely service completion.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Maintain customer database and service history records.
• Assist in showroom operations, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Support sales and marketing activities, including promotions and customer engagement campaigns.
• Perform administrative duties and prepare periodic reports as required.
