Job summary

National Cancer Centre of Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Temporary Coordinator for a 6-month project to support a survivorship study in lung cancer patients.

You will recruit participants, guide survey administration, manage study data and assist in reporting findings to the project team. Strong data skills and compassionate patient interaction are essential for success, with bilingual capabilities preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health or related discipline.
• Clinical or research experience is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with compassion for patients.
• Proficiency in data entry, database management and analysis software.
• Proficiency in local languages (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) preferred for CNAT delivery.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate participant follow-up across a 24-month study.

Responsibilities

• Recruit eligible lung cancer patients and obtain informed consent per protocol.
• Administer needs assessment surveys and support patient responses.
• Maintain study databases with demographics, clinical data and social determinants.
• Analyze data, summarize findings and assist in preparing reports for the team.
