Job summary

National Cancer Centre Singapore invites applications for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in the Division of Oncologic Imaging. The role oversees radiology department operations on-site, ensures policy compliance and produces statistics and performance reports.

The incumbent will manage staff rosters, streamline workflows, handle patient feedback and develop quality-improvement programs in collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (advantage if Health Informatics, Healthcare Management, Information Systems or related).
• Prior healthcare experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, able to complete tasks and projects.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Good team player with strong organisational skills.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on site and assist in roster planning of staff.
• Efficiently manage supplies and staffing.
• Implement strategies to streamline work processes and reduce wait times.
• Ensure NCCS quality standards and patient-centric service.
• Manage patient feedback and complaints.
• Develop records and statistics on radiology workload and billing.
• Provide monthly reports on radiology performance indicators.
• Attend Department Management meetings and take minutes.
• Develop and support quality improvement programs and ad-hoc projects.
