Job summary

Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation Singapore is seeking a Senior/Executive/Project Engineer in Civil Engineering. [LTA-RI&E] SENIOR / EXECUTIVE / PROJECT ENGINEER, CIVIL

What you will be working on

You will play a lead role in managing the Contractors in the construction of new MRT Lines and/or enhancement to existing lines. You will be involved in the management of contractors for station and tunnel constructions in elevated or underground environments. You will be responsible for the safety, quality, progress, and environmental impact of the contractors’ work. You will also assist in planning and managing the risks and cashflows of various contracts, as well as the issuance of instructions and assessment of variations, payments, and claims.

What we are looking for

• Knowledge in civil engineering with familiarity with relevant local codes and transit construction
• At least 4 years of hands‑on experience managing large‑scale infrastructure projects
• Underground construction experience, particularly in deep excavation and tunnelling works, is an added advantage
• A good appreciation of the constraints and interface requirements of civil and track work
• Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated leadership experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Team player who is analytical, resourceful and results‑oriented
• Successful candidates may be required to work from project offices located in the Changi or Tuas area
