Job summary

Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation Singapore is seeking a Senior / Executive / Project Engineer in Singapore to lead contractor management for new and existing MRT lines. The candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly with underground construction. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, quality, and environmental impact, as well as planning risks and cash flows. Strong project management and communication skills are essential. Additional work may be required at project offices in Changi or Tuas.

Qualifications

• Underground construction experience, particularly in deep excavation and tunneling works will be an added advantage.
• Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated leadership experience.

[LTA-CRL] SENIOR / EXECUTIVE / PROJECT ENGINEER, CIVIL

What you will be working on

You will play a lead role in managing the contractors in the construction of new MRT Lines and/or enhancement to existing lines. You will be involved in managing the contractors for station and tunnel constructions in elevated or underground constructions. You will be responsible for the safety, quality, progress and environmental impact of the contractors’ works. You will also assist in planning and managing the risks and cashflows of the various contracts as well as the issuance of instructions and assessment of variations/payments/claims.

What we are looking for

• Knowledge in civil engineering with familiarity with the relevant local codes and transit construction
• At least 4 years of hands‑on experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects
• Underground construction experience, particularly in deep excavation and tunneling works will be an added advantage
• A good appreciation of the constraints and interface requirements of civil and trackwork
• Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated leadership experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Team player who is analytical, resourceful and results‑oriented
• Successful candidates may be required to work from project offices located in the Changi or Tuas area
