Job summary

Singtel is seeking a dynamic Loyalty Marketing professional to own and evolve Singtel's premium membership programme. You will develop engaging customer experiences, enhance benefits and drive acquisition, engagement and retention across CRM, Partnerships, Digital, Analytics and Platform teams.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in loyalty marketing or related fields.
Experience in customer engagement and retention programmes.
Experience in product or proposition marketing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day management and evolution of Singtel's premium membership programme.
Develop and execute initiatives to drive membership acquisition, engagement and retention.
Enhance programme benefits, customer experiences and engagement journeys to increase member value.
Monitor programme performance and identify opportunities to improve participation, retention and commercial outcomes.
Collaborate with CRM, Partnerships, Digital, Analytics and Platform teams.
