Job summary

Guardian Health & Beauty in Singapore seeks an experienced Loyalty Lead to own the Guardian membership proposition across stores, app, online and brand programmes. You will drive member growth, targeted engagement and the commercial value of the loyalty programme.

You will design benefits, pricing tiers and lifecycle journeys, while leading a multi-channel activation calendar and a structured test-and-learn programme to optimise sales and margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8–12 years in loyalty, CRM, customer marketing or omnichannel retail.
• Demonstrated ownership of a consumer loyalty programme at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own loyalty strategy, roadmap and long-term growth.
• Deliver targets for member acquisition, active members and penetration.
• Design member benefits, lifecycle, campaigns and communications across channels.
• Manage loyalty platform, data, and governance; drive ROI and vendor management.
