Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Loyalty Executive to cultivate lasting relationships with customers.

You will engage after purchase, craft personalized messages, and coordinate initiatives to enhance loyalty and brand affinity. The role is a Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm position on Henderson Road, with a salary of SGD 2,500–3,000 monthly. You will work closely with Marketing, Operations and Management, using AI tools to optimize outreach, track responses, and update engagement

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Customer Experience or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience welcomed.
• Comfortable using AI tools for daily work.
• Familiarity with social media, CRM systems, Canva, email marketing or automation tools is a plus.
• Interest in luxury, watches, fashion, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Personally reach out to customers after purchase via email, SMS or other channels.
• Write warm, personalized messages based on each customer's journey.
• Follow up with new customers after product delivery.
• Maintain and update customer information, birthdays, dates, and engagement records.
• Coordinate birthday greetings, appreciation messages, gifts and other customer initiatives.
• Support and grow the global Ambassador Program.
• Generate ideas to engage customers and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Use AI/digital tools to assist with writing, personalization, organization and engagement.
• Track customer responses and feedback to improve experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Management on customer initiatives.
