The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Customer Loyalty Executive in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, communications, hospitality, customer experience or related field.
• Experience with 1–2 years is welcomed.
• Comfortable using AI tools for daily tasks.
• Familiarity with social media, CRM systems, Canva, email marketing or automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers after purchase via email, SMS, or other channels.
• Write warm, personalized messages based on customer journey.
• Follow up with new customers after delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records and birthdays.
