Job summary

JE Human Resources Pte. Ltd. is seeking a lounge supervisor to oversee cleanliness, presentation and service in a high-traffic lounge environment at the airport. You will manage daily operations, staff rosters, and hands-on team support to ensure seamless service.

The role requires strong F&B or hospitality experience, excellent people skills, and the ability to coach and train new staff while maintaining hygiene standards in a 24-hour rotating shift setting.

Qualifications

• F&B or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Mature, responsible and able to handle staff matters confidently.
• Willing to be hands-on and work alongside the team.
• Able to coach, guide and train new staff.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable working in a 24-hour airport environment and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall cleanliness, hygiene and presentation of the lounge.
• Assist with the daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient lounge service.
• Prepare the weekly staff duty roster according to operational requirements.
• Be hands-on and assist the team whenever there is a shortage of manpower.
• Guide and support staff to maintain the required service, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Learn and be familiar with all aspects of lounge operations in order to effectively train and guide new staff.
• Assist the Supervisor/Manager with staff coordination and daily operational matters.
• Lead by example and ensure staff follow the company’s operational and service standards.
