YZS DIGITAL MARKETING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse & Delivery associate in Singapore to receive, inspect, pick, pack, and arrange goods following company procedures.

You will deliver and collect items on schedule, maintain accurate inventory records, and uphold strict safety standards. The role requires a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and the ability to perform manual handling tasks with proper techniques.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks using proper techniques.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect goods as they arrive, ensuring accuracy against invoices and packing lists.
• Pick and pack goods accurately for delivery.
• Arrange goods in the warehouse to maintain order and accessibility.
• Verify outgoing goods before delivery to customers.
• Update inventory records to reflect current stock levels.
• Load and unload goods safely with proper handling techniques.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and keep the workspace clean and safe.
• Follow workplace safety and health (WSH) procedures.
• Deliver and collect goods on schedule and plan routes effectively.
• Secure goods during transport to prevent damage or loss.
• Handle delivery documents accurately and obtain customer acknowledgements.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is clean and ready for use.
• Report vehicle issues or delays promptly to management.
• Comply with Singapore traffic laws and company driving rules.
