Job summary

INITIA GROUP in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Driver to support daily warehouse, logistics, and delivery operations. You will receive, store, pick, pack, and deliver goods to outlets, while ensuring accurate inventory and safe handling.

The role requires a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license, ability to work independently and in a team, and willingness to assist with outlet openings and ad-hoc logistics tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a secondary school level education or equivalent.
• Able to handle manual handling tasks including lifting and loading.
• Good communication in English for work directives and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods and deliveries to ensure accuracy and proper storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery to outlets.
• Load and unload goods safely during transportation.
• Maintain proper inventory and warehouse organization.
• Assist with stock checks and warehouse supplies monitoring.
• Deliver goods to INITIA Group outlets and designated locations.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Operations for logistics tasks.
