Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable delivery driver with warehouse duties in Singapore. You will handle timely goods collection and delivery, load/unload operations, and inventory checks using handheld scanners. A valid Class 3 licence and English communication are essential.

Daily vehicle inspections and accurate documentation are part of the role, with safety top priority. Familiarity with Singapore roads and basic computer systems will help you succeed in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• 1–2 years driving experience preferred.
• Experience in delivery, logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Able to use basic computer systems and handheld scanners.
• English for work-related communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely delivery and collection of goods according to schedules and routes.
• Operate vehicles safely and secure goods during transportation.
• Load/unload and verify items against delivery orders and documents.
• Collect signed delivery documents and maintain delivery records.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report maintenance needs.
• Receive and verify incoming goods against documentation.
• Prepare orders for delivery or shipment and pack as required.
• Organise storage in designated warehouse locations and conduct stock counts.
• Support loading/unloading activities and operate warehouse equipment if trained.
• Use scanners and computer systems for warehouse activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
