PSA Singapore seeks a logistics professional to support day-to-day warehouse and import container coordination, liaising with clients, contractors and truckers. You will handle staff administrative matters with a team of supervisors and admin staff.

The role emphasizes achieving client KPIs, efficient container utilization, and timely reporting in a dynamic 3PL/4PL environment within Singapore. Fresh graduates welcome with degree or diploma.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in any discipline.
• Preferably 3 years’ warehousing experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong critical thinking and writing skills.
• Experience in 3PL, trucking, distribution or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and WMS/FMS or LCL platforms.
• Independent worker with good analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day warehouse support.
• Manage daily administrative matters.
• Coordinate import containers with clients and warehouse.
• Work with trucking and warehouse teams on executions.
• Ensure maximum container utilization per plan.
• Handle client exceptions and requests.
• Distribute reports to clients on a timely basis.
• Meet client KPIs and deliverables.
