Job summary

HOY SAN TRANSPORT PTE. LTD. seeks a Traffic Controller to plan and manage transportation operations, monitor driver movements, and optimize resource use. You will coordinate with the Transport Manager to ensure timely deliveries and safe operations across the fleet.

Responsibilities include leading prime mover drivers, setting daily priorities, assigning jobs by driver skill, and communicating with customers and drivers to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in logistics.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Experience with PSA Portnet and haulier operations.
• Able to start on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of prime mover drivers.
• Plan daily activities and set priorities efficiently.
• Assign jobs to drivers by skillset for efficiency.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely deliveries.
• GPS real-time tracking of driver movements.
• Coordinate with customer service for trucking needs.
• Work with Transport Manager to optimize resources.
• Ensure safety compliance and report trips.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
