Job summary

nexus management services pte. ltd. is seeking a Logistics Team Lead in Singapore to assist with supervising operations, planning schedules, coordinating resources and driving efficiency. The role also involves staff recruitment, training and handling routine issues to maintain smooth operations.

Applicants should possess a Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate or be ready to enroll in the course, and be prepared for a 6.6 day work week with meals provided.

Qualifications

• Must have Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate or be willing to attend course.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support, supervise and monitor operations schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Plan, coordinate and schedule activities, resources and equipment efficiently.
• Identify improvement opportunities and apply problem-solving approaches.
• Resolve operations issues, conflicts and emergencies promptly.
• Recruitment, selection and staff training as needed.

Job description

Logistics Team Lead shall assist to

• Support / supervise/ monitor operations schedules
• Plan, coordinate, schedule, work activities, resources and equipment
• Identify / propose efficiency improvements ; problem solving
• Resolve operations issues, conflicts / emergencies
• Report attendance, tracking targets achievement
• Recruitment / selection / staff training
• Other duties as per instructed

Requirements:

• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate, those without certificate must be prepared to go for course
• Polo tee, black long pants, and black covered shoes (without logo/design).
• Physically fit.

Working Days:

• * Monday to Saturday ; 6.6 day week ;
