Job summary

NEXUS MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate schedules, and allocate resources for efficient throughput.

You will monitor performance, address issues, and ensure safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment. The role includes training staff and handling contingencies as they arise.

Qualifications

• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Willing to work a 6.6-day workweek including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Support, supervise and monitor operations schedules.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule work activities, resources and equipment.
• Identify efficiency improvements; problem solving.
• Resolve operations issues, conflicts or emergencies; report attendance and targets.

Job description

Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor shall assist to

• Support / supervise/ monitor operations schedules
• Plan, coordinate, schedule, work activities, resources and equipment
• Identify / propose efficiency improvements ; problem solving
• Resolve operations issues, conflicts / emergencies
• Report attendance, tracking targets achievement
• Recruitment / selection / staff training
• Other duties as per instructed

Requirements:

• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate, those without certificate must be prepared to go for course
• Polo tee, black long pants, and black covered shoes (without logo/design).
• Physically fit.

Working Days:

• Monday to Saturday ; 6.6 day week ;
