Job summary

NEXUS MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to support and supervise operations, plan schedules, allocate resources, and drive efficiency improvements. The role involves handling issues, reporting attendance, and coordinating recruitment and training for staff.

Candidates should have a Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate (or be prepared to obtain one) and be physically fit. The position runs six days a week with meals provided.

Qualifications

• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate required; those without certificate must be prepared to attend course.

Responsibilities

• Support, supervise and monitor operations schedules.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule work activities, resources and equipment.
• Identify and propose efficiency improvements; perform problem solving.
• Resolve operations issues, conflicts and emergencies.
• Report attendance and tracking targets achievement.
• Recruitment, selection and staff training.
• Other duties as instructed.

• Polo tee, black long pants, and black covered shoes (without logo/design).
• Physically fit.

Working Days:

• Monday to Saturday ; 6.6 day week ;
