Job summary

NEXUS MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support and supervise operations, plan schedules and allocate resources in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate, physical fitness, and willingness to wear company attire. You will participate in recruitment and staff training as needed. Working days extend from Monday to Saturday in a 6.6 day workweek, with monthly or weekly payment terms and company benefits such as CPF,

Qualifications

• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate required; candidates without certificate must complete a course.
• Physically fit and able to wear polo tee, black pants and closed-toe shoes.
• Willing to work in a 6.6 day work week.

Responsibilities

• Support, supervise and monitor operations schedules.
• Plan, coordinate and schedule work activities, resources and equipment.
• Identify efficiency improvements and solve problems.
• Resolve operations issues, conflicts or emergencies.
• Report attendance and track targets achieved.
• Recruitment, selection and staff training.
• Perform other duties as instructed.

• Physically fit.
